New in 2018 are these micro-events within the larger Christian Investment Summit.  Thanks to the support of our hosting Partners, small groups of Summit attendees will participate in one of six different excursions into the city of Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains that surround it.  The environment, landscape, and culture of this region steep into the experience of attending the Summit at the Billy Graham Training Center.  Through these excursions, we hope to more directly help you experience what is a world renowned travel destination.

The goal for these is to create and deepen relationships within those participating in the Summit through a more relaxed and extended time together.  Each of the excursions is planned and curated by our host Partners to help connect money and investing to the other integrated parts of our lives to show how we can flourish in all of them.

Listed below are the excursions for 2018.  We hope you enjoy this new and unique experience.

Hike & Dinner at Catawba Falls

Hike the Catawba Falls Trail through a mossy, shady forest valley to a beautiful series of waterfalls on the Catawba River. Along the way we will enjoy God’s creation as a Cru trail guide will lead us in an experiential learning exercise. Snacks, water, dinner, and any necessary hiking gear will be provided as well as transportation to and from the trailhead. This is a non-strenuous, 2.5 mile round trip hike with about 300 feet in elevation gain, and we will take breaks along the way.
